During her 30+ years in the grooming industry, Anjie realized that more than dogs and cats needed her and began to specialize in rabbits and other small mammals. At Furry Tails® Grooming Salon & Spa, the salon she co-owned in Holden, Mass., she created a niche market as a rabbit groomer and is recommended as the “go-to rabbit groomer” by veterinarians as far away as Maine.She sold the salon in 2024 and moved to Florida.
Her passion for continuing education shows through achieving CMRG (Certified Master Rabbit Groomer), Certified Canine Esthetician, ICMCG (International Certified Master Cat Groomer), Master Holistic Feline Stylist, Professional Groomers Educator, and Professional Groomers Credentialing. Combining that drive to be educated with a need to share that knowledge has led her to teach Pet First Aide & CPR classes for groomers and pet owners alike, and she became a Certified Master Pet Tech Instructor and Certified Master H.E.L.P. Instructor. She's also sharing her grooming knowledge through classes at grooming expos throughout the United States. Anjie created the first rabbit grooming book in the industry.
